I was in the reverse situation a while back with an ex. We lived in a place where everyone could hear the smallest noise. so I always held in everything. I was generally quiet anyways, but I was suppressing really strong orgasms just so I wouldn't alert people; not saying I didn't have epic orgasms. Now with my current beau I'm really loud and that took a while for me to adjust to. Of course he too lives in an apartment where people can easily hear us, so I don't go super loud.

ReplyDeleteI don't think it's possible to "train yourself" to be quieter. You'd be asking her to be more self-aware while she's trying to concentrate on the sensations you are creating together. It would rob her of a portion of the experience. As for me I love being loud
I had the exact opposite problem with my last GF. She was always so self conscious that she rarely seemed to enjoy her orgasm because she was trying to keep quiet.
